It reminds me of the text joke that was doing the rounds recently after the water problems in Ireland due to the burst pipes.

Along the lines that to save water, they would only be opening the shallow end of the pools.....

Ah but there's 2 pools, and they're fully opening one while keeping the other one fully closed. Cheap shot PU :)
