 Really Useful Budget Planner - Perky Penguin
Having just had to re-hash my life style, such as it is, to allow for a multi thousand £ reduction in my income I found this site VERY usefu. It enables one to put in all outgoings and income, draws pie charts, gives links to ways of reducing outgoings fuel switching, better credit cards etcl It also produces total and sub-totals as you go, same way as a spread sheet. Excellent.

At least it's free. Back in the 80s I remember an early retired relative spending £40 on a home budget program for their BBC Computer to find their spending exceeded their income. The rest of the family knew it anyway from the piles of hardly used £40 programs that already filled the desk.
