I'm hardly an expert, but I think Zero's advice is worth thinking about. Moving away from IE a couple of years ago resolved problems that I had at the time. Reply to this message | Report message

Zero's advice is worth every penny I paid for it. IE8 is much more stable with Java and many financial websites do not work with Firefox or Crud. Reply to this message | Report message

Panic over ~ I think. The problem only occurs if I click on the link provided by Old Navy in the State benefits v contributions thread. If I get there directly via the Directgov home page everything is OK. P.S. I'm not saying that Old Navy is at fault in any way whatsoever.
