I have never googled myself. I think there wouldn't be anything to find anyway.
Filling five minutes the other day I said to chatgpt ""tell me all you can about the user crankcase at www.carplay.com".
About one second later I had a summary of my posting style over the last however many decades it is now.The fact I probably came from Honest John, and a correct guess about my old HJ user name based on posting style, my probable interests, personality type, likely perceived ranking amongst other users, etc etc.
Obviously I then tried some other user names.
If you are feeling narcissistic, have a go.

Grok says you’re 5’10” tall.

Near but not right to the inch!

I wonder who this is: He is often described as prolific (e.g., up to ~23 posts per day at peaks), opinionated, technically informed, entertaining, and sometimes abrasive or argumentative.

Curiously I get
I couldn't find a publicly indexed user profile for "Smokie" on www.carplay.com. A search specifically limited to that site returned no results, which usually means one of the following:
the forum/profile isn't publicly indexed by search engines,
the username has changed,
the account has been deleted, or
the site requires login to view member profiles.
Must mean my cloak of invisibility is working ... :-)

Ha, that'll learn me to trust wot that Crankcase fella types (I just cut 'n' pasted it and replaced his moniker with mine)
Still, there are no great insights into me from it!
Long-standing member. The username appears frequently in Car4play thread listings, indicating a regular contributor rather than an occasional poster.
Creates discussion threads. One indexed example is "George Foreman RIP", started in March 2025 in the Non-motoring section, which attracted a number of replies.
Posts across multiple areas. Their activity appears in both motoring and non-motoring discussions, suggesting a broad range of interests rather than focusing exclusively on cars.
Still active. The forum itself remains active, and "smokie" continues to appear in recent thread listings, implying the account is still in us
