If the hostage situation in Iran had been ended successfully, history may have been very different. (Though perhaps we needed a strong Regan to counter the Ruskies.)

Spent lots of time helping build homes for less privileged people. He may not have the best tradesperson, but his presence must have inspired numerous others.
