Pet passport is dead, now replaced by an Animal Health Certificate, at much greater cost and hastle. You need an AHC for Northern Ireland
Uk sporting dog owners who compete a lot in europe/Ni/Eire now get a one off UK AHC, travel to Northern Ireland, get a EU pet passport, and use that for a years euro pet travel.
