In the news. This is remarkable. Cleverly planned, well coordinated with some knowledge of where and how to strike. Targets chosen were the hardest to fix - the fibre optic signalling and comms network at strategic points.

Question is, who or why?

I reckon the explosion in at the BAE plant in Wales (April), the July explosion at the US shell plant and the Diehl Metal Applications fire in Germany are all acts of sabotage by Russia.

Most likely some home grown extreme left /anarchist groups, they have form in attacking railways. Don’t think the have much of a reason other than extreme dislike of Macron and government in general.
