How come I can see that there is a new post in the classified section, but when I click on it it is blank? It's always been like that for me.

It's a forum bug. Occasionally I might temporarily move a post into the classifieds if I'm tidying up a thread and then move it back again. This in turn then creates a time date stamp in that section.
Providing I don't do it again for more than 10 days, it should then disappear.
