Watching and listening to the Army musicians reminded me that Kneller Hall - formerly the Royal Military School of Music has closed and is going to be the Upper School of nearby Radnor House.

Where is/are(?) the Army training its musicians now? Does each regiment, or whatever, do its own training?

Moved to HMS Nelson in Portsmouth, where the Royal Marines music school has been based since the 90's

Have a friend who was at Kneller, left the Army to take the cloth, and after a stint at ecclesiastical college became a rev, bouncing around parishes in the east midlands.
