As it was the Leader of the House that sent out the email, and as such must have chosen the timing, I’m not sure that can be the case. Or if it is it’s a spectacular home goal. Though IDS brought it up in the house, it was entirely foreseeable that once communicated it would be brought up, so I think there must be genuine security concerns, or the speaker would have chosen a different time to communicate surely?

I think it's been done before for Russian's, although I think they were working out of the embassy. There's no mention of this person working out of the Chinese Embassy.

The Labour MP's response is a bit of a strange one, I know she's dodgy but I still took her money anyway.
