Sterling Euro exchange rate - legacylad
Improving in our favour....currently €1.1993 on Revolut.
My usual rental agent holds a substantial amount in my client account, and I’ve a few tucked away in my Revolut.
If it hits €1.20 I’m tempted to buy a few more. Won’t go to waste.

You may need to be careful with the sums.

Thee last thing you want to do is buy more euros if you think ££ will get stronger. If the rate improves to (say) 1.25 euros : £1 you will get more euros if you convert later.

On the other hand if the increase in the value of ££ is a temporary blip, you may be right.

We had planned to go out again on 10th Jan but cancelled due to omicron. I don't want to get there and find restaurants and bars shut, and travel to the next town banned due to a lockdown.

Deferred apartment rental to November, and will re-organise something at short notice if the covid situation improves.
