 Face masks - legacylad
Apart from the occasional disposable, 99% of the time I’ve worn a multi layer cotton type mask made by someone in my village....I’ve several, wear them for a day, wash them at 60 degrees.

They don’t provide a snug fit around the bridge of the nose, so obviously not as effective as those which do.

Any recommendations for a more effective mask which I can buy online ?

These are a snug fit around the nose.

Similar to something in my gimp mask collection, but without the bling.
Thanks though

Mrs B wore the cotton type for a while modifying them with a pipe cleaner to improve fit around the nose.

I wasn't sure what a "gimp mask" was so I asked google. My laptop is traumatised.

However, it has come as a huge relief to know that my kink for members of the Brazilian ladies beach volleyball team is kid's stuff in comparison.

I saw a fellow wearing one of those in our local Waitrose a few months ago.

I use KF94 - they fit closely and don't steam up my glasses.

They're available on line here, I assume that they must be in the UK.

However, some place insist on the other style. They certainly fit well but they're unpleasant to wear and hard to breath through - which I assume means that they're very effective.
