I used to like Werthers Original butter candies.

And was given a pack of the sugar free ones as a thank you.

All I can say is avoid them like the plague!

A friend gave me a stick of sugar free rock back in the Summer. Being the pig that I am, I ate the lot in one go. Afterwards I read the label.

I can assure you that it is a very powerful and effective laxative.

Sula sugar free mint humbugs, on the other hand, taste just like Murray mints.
(I have max 2 a day - no digestive effects).
