Miss Z is back home off shift where she was the on call doctor.

Saw a 6 year old with a large egg sized lump on his neck.

Kid was happy, playful and interactive and no temperature.

Mum obviously very worried.

Miss Z said needed to do some tests to make sure we know what it is before we can see if it can be removed (you just can't go poking around with a lance).

Kid piped up - "You can't remove it, all my friends love it - it's gross!"
