End of BBC1 lunchtime news 22/03/21.

I suspect it's quite easy to do it, but how and why?

I saw this.

The news story was about a new satellite which can clear the space rubbish circulating the Earth.

That is the why, no idea how they did it but it looked superimposed on the screen to me.
