Actually saw it when glancing out of the window. Awesome, especially in the dark skies here...so many colours - it was like er...CGI....nature's special effects team pulled that one off. Wish my phone was to hand

They would around here. One of the abiding memories of my life being lucky enough to be glancing out of the lounge window and seeing the fireball. The colours were like nothing I've seen before.
