Who would have guessed that a President could be so transparently dishonest and remain in office?

I laughed at this - Trump gives a speech in front of a fake presidential seal. A Russian two-headed eagle has been substituted for the American bald eagle, and instead of an olive branch and 13 arrows symbolizing the original 13 states it was holding a wad of money and a set of golf clubs.

What I heard on radio this morning suggested it was an accident; seal image downloaded at last minute. Not sure I believe that, surely the White House would have specified exactly what the back drop was to be.
