Our Range Cooker is Dead :-( - zippy
It's about 25 years old.

The repairman came around and looked at it and made loads of calls to stockist and can no longer get the parts (it's a Rosières Paul Bocuse). He didn't charge.

Been looking on line and they don't seem to be made anymore and it's an odd size: 117CM wide.

Most ranges advertised at 90, 100, 110 or 120CM wide.

It's a fitted kitchen with a marble composite worksurface so I don't want to move anything as replacing it will be expensive so I cant go to the 120CM width, so that leaves me with the 100 or 110 CM models. Now what to do with the extra 17 or 7CM to hide the gap?

Came at a bad time really. The leaf blower died, as did the power shower and the whirlpool bath went mad (pumping waterjets far too powerfully it flooded the bathroom).
