A work colleagues two daughters recently flew out to Spain for a long weekend. At the UK airport one of them was stopped because she had 'explosives' on her.
Her passport and boarding pass was taken off her and she was thoroughly searched. Then they claim her passport photo didn't look like her (taken 5 years ago and she's in her late teens I think).
After filling in a detailed questionnaire and having further security checks she was free to travel without her bottle of Boots No.7 foundation.
It seems this stuff contains a chemical which is identical to explosives!
So fella's, if you want to go on holiday without the missus, slip a bottle of this in her hand luggage before you fly.
