Boris is a blunt speaking diplomat if that fits the profile I don't know.His sister might have a better honest opinion about him.

He's an intellectual bully like May.

Out of his depth when he has a boss, as he has at the moment.

Might make a fair PM but I don't know him personally and would expect that, like May, he would flounder when dealing with leaders of other countries.
