Thats not unique to that type of rawplug.
Align the item you want to screw to the wall, drill through item into wall to required depth, push rawplug (most types) into hole as far as it will go, insert screw into rawplug by two or three turns, hit screw with hammer and bingo - rawplug disapears into wall and screw is ready to power drive into plug. All holes spot on.
Its the way builders do it.
