Removing spray fence paint - Bobby

My absolute idiot of a neighbour has sprayed his fence and in process I now have paint all over my white Upvc door and the glass.
Any recommendations for cleaning it off?
Surprisingly I couldn't even get it to shift from the glass using the thumb nail. Seems to be very thin paint but sticks to the surface well!

Most fence paint these days is water based.
Range of options. I'd start with WD 40 on a patch and see how it goes.
White UPVC cleaner is available from places that sell UPVC products. Its a mild abrasive. They may also stock UPVC solvent cleaner like this:

My neighbour did the same trick.She sprayed her fence and the chap adjacent to my back garden had his car covered in the stuff.

My small plastic shed under the carport was fence painted.

If it is waterbased maybe jiff or something similar might get writ of it.I repainted my plastic shed.Under one conditions when I spoke to her.A free massage once a week and extra's.
