Bit of a Mayday crisis here! - the good lady would like to know how best to deal with a half-roasted Turkey! - her oven has just packed up!
Would it be best to slice it up and cook it some other way,
or put it in the fridge until tomorrow and continue to cook it when she can get another oven sorted?
Now looks like beans on toast for tea! ;-(

Were in a monsoon at the moment! - be half-roasted half - boiled! ;-)

Do NOT put it in the frisge half cooked and finish cooking it tomorrow.
I haven't a clue how to cook it without an oven but I do know what not to do to prevent food poisoning!

You just need to get it cooked, doesn't matter how. Half cooked it is bin fodder.

Serve damp blotting paper instead. Tastes just the same as turkey, :-)

Enough Turkey curry in freezer to last all year! ;-( - new oven now fitted, up an runnin, so Wifey now decided to have a bakin day! at least she seems happy with her new toy!
