Friend, a bit short of cash decided to change.
Signed up for Vodafone £23/mth instead of some £28/29 @ Sky.
2 days later phoned to cancel the TV part - some £43/mth
I warned her it might take a while.........10 mins later
she had a new contract £5.xx / mth for her Sky TV
Obviously Sky saw she had walked on the telephone & did not want another loss on TV.
She was on the point of buying a dongle to get films etc but for the next 9 months she can watch Sky & leave when they hike the price in 9 months time.
