Cornwall, unless you're one of these "nationalists" from Stoke-onTrent or somewhere.
These look like traditional new Cornish Holiday Cottages[1]. Try Google for a review, if you can find a genuine one. Probably OK for accommodation. I have been drunk in Falmouth a number of times, and there are some nice places nearby too.
Coincidentally, I will be visiting North Cornwall in the immediate future. May go elsewhere to see the old places.
[1] Block work[2] rendered over. Modern standards apply. Should be cosy.

The 'cottages' look like council houses, to me,
The website reminds me of the 'cottages' next to our last property, nothing like the mock up really ~
