The merciless McDonwald - Armel Coussine
At one point I was taught Eng Lit by a man called I think Edwards, but known to us as Jumbo.

He used to set my teeth on edge by pronouncing the W in McDonwald. He was quite a kind man despite his great stupidity - all too common alas in those of his profession, poor gfhdfhfgsd.

Probably unnecessary for most here, but I should have cited Macbeth as the source.

Macbeth boasting about his heavyweight henchmen I think.

I "did" Macbeth for O level many years ago and I didn't remember MacDowald.

"Macdonwald is not a character who appears in the play. He is the leader of the rebel forces fighting against the King of Scotland. He is mentioned in Act I, scene 2, when Macbeth is praised for defeating Macdonwald in battle. Macbeth is given two new titles as a result of this victory."

I think his death is the bit where Macbeth's sword smoked with b***** execution.

B-l-o-o-d-y swear filter - why can't it allow quotes from Shakespeare?
