 Scottish film archive - Crankcase
If like me you enjoy online film archives such as British Pathe, here's one I've just found with a Scottish emphasis. I've so far enjoyed the 1950 biscuit packaging film, one from the thirties about Eriskay and a lovely 1968 cinema advert for The Maggie pub in Sauchiehall Street.

If you don't like such things, then as a treat you are allowed not to click the link.

That's where I found this
www.car4play.com/forum/post/index.htm?f=2&t=21709

though it seems that some films you can watch but others you cant?

Never seen this site before Crankcase... brilliant... very keen on Scotland returning most years at least once for a holiday... no doubt be up late watching a few.

Sorry Bobby, didn't intend to steal your thunder. You're quite right, you had already posted the link.

There's a set of filters that allow you to browse, if you wish, only those films which are viewable, and also only those which are complete, rather than just clips if you prefer.
