I'll either be dead or completely ga-ga so I don't care.

Oooo let's party like it's 1999... :-)

Best for your ticker that you don't, Rog. There are Libyans in it.

And some of the table manners on display will give you appoplexy

Gentlemen; thank you for your advice :-)
|
There'll be plenty of hover cars soon as well as a few replicants wandering around, killing people. Blade Runner, November 2019.

2001 was a let down as well.

"Who the hell is John F Kennedy??"
:-)

>> Never seen it!
They're showing reruns tonight on ITV2. Plus a Keith Lemon tribute.

That'll be a short program.

God I hate that bloke.

Reading this thread I thought I knew who Keith Lemon was until I suddenly realised I was thinking of Kevin Turvey. I'd never heard of him before.
But at least I got to rewatch Kevin Turvey.
|
It is beyond me how anybody can find Lemon amusing. He makes my skin crawl.
|
The whole thing is lost on me. Completely. Don't do films or Lemons in fact.
|
Won't surprise you to know that I like him, given that I seem to like entertainers who everybody else hates :)

Me too - for most things he does (see below for the exception)

You misunderstood me. He was doing a tribute to BTTF, not himself. But for him to claim to be BTTF's ultimate fan, IMHO, he ruined it.
|
Kevin Turvey was, of course, just a persona of the late great Rik Mayall.
