Yeah, there's a DAB radio station called, um, EscapeToCornwall and, every time I listen to it, it appears to be playing the sound of rain :) ... Are they taking the pi$$ or something??

Dunno Ted, I found it on my radio (DAB) and it sounds like rain to me, which is NFC [normal-for-Cornwall]

No rain at the moment, just the sound of the sea lapping the shore at Carbis Bay

"Carbis Bay
Escape to Cornwall is a brand new radio station from Pirate FM, bringing the sounds of our amazing County to the world on DAB Digital Radio, and online through our free mobile app."

"For months we've been recording the noises from some of Cornwall's most popular, picturesque and iconic locations. So even if you can't be here - close your eyes, and we'll bring you that little bit closer."

Ah, Pirate FM is it, well I'll be damned. They have an oldies station now, quite good too, at times.
