The SNP are also starting to get hassle from the Highlands and Islands because of the centralisation of decision making. Police Scotland has not gone down well.

It's always easier for those not in government to impugn the incumbents than to do it themselves when they get into office.

What will tell in the devolved mish-mash is how successful the SNP can be at blaming Westminster for all the problems while taking credit for the giveaways.
