Heard this quite a bit on Absolute Radio a few months ago:

Listening to the track again with knowledge of what you're listening to and you can hear there's only one (bass) guitar plus drums. But I do think it's clever, and original - the White Stripes were also just guitar + drums, but their sound was quite different. He's got a good voice too.

I saw Royal Blood last year, they were the support act for the Pixies I saw in Castlefield Bowel (A small 3000 capacity open air venue in Manchester city centre).
I didn't know who they were at the time, we were only interested in the Pixies but they have become very big in the meantime. Liked the stuff I've listened to since.
