A few months out of contract with my Nokia Lumia 800, and after a tight wad Xmas & New Year, I have decided to change to an a iphone 5S. Direct from Apple, and unlocked, so perfect for my travels abroad using local SIMs.
I have just changed to a SiM only deal with EE, and I had hoped for an Apple sale with 10% off. Looks like it's not going to happen. A shame because I am also buying an IPad for my old mum. Please, does anyone know if Apple normally have any sale at all in January?

I believe that if one is a student with a .ac.uk email address then there are some discounts to be had along with a free 3 year warranty on some products.
Therefore if you know any students they may be able to order at discounted prices?
