Air Asia - as in QPR/Tony Fernandes and what-was-that-F1-team-again?

My reactionary side warms to Tony Fernandes, a high flying capitalist in the modern mould, and a skilled, daring juggler like many such.
You can't run even a fly-by-night airline without extensive and expensive commercial insurance or equivalent. Compensation for passengers' dependants and relations, all those millions, will have eventually to be conjured up from somewhere, after months or years of overlapping lawsuits, the resourceless being ripped off and lawyers lawyers lawyers doing better than all right out of the mess.
That sounds misanthropic, but I don't really feel like that about all shysters. A neighbour who was here for a drink last night is, come to think of it, a solicitor by training and may still be a professional air crash investigator, had to sift through cabin luggage and mangled flesh once or twice. The Air Asia disappearance was briefly discussed... we agreed that those aren't ideal waters for an aircraft to go missing over.
Known her for many years, big blonde Sussex girl but with brains and a twinkle in her eye, local farmer's daughter. She used to come up to the Grove for carnival.

Yes him. The F1 team was Lotus/Caterham/Broke

In an area supposedly so well covered by radar, and despite poor weather/visibility, I am surprised they found no sign in the 2+ hours of daylight they had. But I'm not a conspiracy type and I believe it's just crashed somewhere.
