 Obesity is a Disability? EU says it is - wokingham
Is there no end to the stupidity of the EU Law Makers! They have ruled that obesity is a disability and, in a very few cases it clearly is. However, a 49 year old man, who weighed 21 stone, was sacked after 7 years off work with problems including asthma,diabetes, high blood pressure, chronic fatigue and knee problems. Many of these could be directly be related to his weight I imagine.
