 TSB float - Crankcase
Anyone planning a punt on TSB when it floats in a couple of weeks? Now priced, apparently, at a deliberate undervalue, private investors get no dividends until 2018, but you do get 1 free share for every 20 held after a year.

Long term little earner or dead duck?

Which is equivalent to 5%.

Existing Lloyds Banking Group shareholders may feel "obliged" to buy in equivalent proportion to their current holding as the TSB proportion is going cheap there may be a knock on effect on the LBG share price.

I am undecided at the moment.

Cleverly (much more luck than judgement really) I avoided the SAGA offer but am seriously contemplating this one with TSB. The omens look good for the short term - but who knows ? I will try and pick up as much info as I can before the date.

I changed my mind right at the last minute and didn't apply for any Saga shares, so I've got a few pennies available for the TSB float.

I forgot to apply for some - oops.

It seems I lost out to the tune of an instant 15%
