FT, back when dinosaurs ruled the earth I believe my Dad used a bicycle inner tube repair kit.

I've got a 3ft-high inflatable car / ball pond thingy, it came with a couple of patches and some rubber solution much the same as a cycle puncture repair kit. It may not look very pretty but that would be my preferred method.

Unfortunately rubber solution does not adhere well to PVC.

Have a look at a camping shop.
I use a PVC airbed and I'm sure it came with a puncture kit.
Cheap enough to just chuck and replace though.

I'll have a look tomorrow...if it's still there, it'll be in the box with my pump and spare bungs.
