Anyone else notice the officials breaking up these demonstrations have OMOH in large letters on their backs.

Wouldn't want to stand with their backs to a mirror in a gay bar!

It's an acronym of course, something along the lines of 'special homosexuality repression squad' perhaps. But what look like H and M in Cyrillic alphabet may well have different sounds from the similar letters in Latin...

Herself knows some Russian but couldn't work out what the letters stood for.

We've probably all seen the clip of Vladimir Putin pulling up a little boy's sweater and planting a big kiss on his stomach. 'Leave the children alone' indeed!
