Staffie pups! - are they born thick as planks or what?????

We (She!!) got lumbered Pup-sitting an 8mth old one for a week ;-( - not my idea of a "hound" teeth at one end S@@@ at the other eats everything - carpet corners, chair legs, thinks "Noooo" means playtime, howls all night, etc etc.....it's mayhem!!!

Well, at least it's only one week then!
We've had 3 pups o'er the years, a Cocker, Doberman, and Milo, the Cocker was the worst, completely MAD, for years!
Although I've never done it, I quite like the idea of putting the critters in cages while they are pups and then letting them out to wreak havoc - when you choose.

Pretty well the same in most of the animal kingdom.
Only exception I can think is lambs. As they mature into sheep, they undergo an intelligence decriment.

Farmers often say sheep are smart. I think it's their crowd behaviour that makes most of us see them as stupid and silly.
Personally I often feel the same way about human crowd behaviour.

Kangaroos take some beating for lack of road sense. The roo bars seen on rural vehicles in a certain country are not fitted for decoration.
