Tee hee! You can't get bumf for love or money over large areas of third world, especially those strongly influenced by socialist ideology. That's the way it used to be anyway.
Same with soap, shampoo and so on. And when you've secured the products, there's the little matter of a decent steady water supply, preferably lukewarm at least.
People here don't have a clue how lucky they are. They really don't.
