The Untold History of the United States. - R.P.

Co-authored by Oliver Stone. A gallop through 20th and 21st US politics. Clearly left-wing, with some glaring errors in places but some horrifying details, especially on the enthusiasm of some politicos and military men for the use of nuclear weapons. Read and enjoy.

The Untold History of the United States. - Dave

There was a TV series with this title narrated by Oliver Stone. I think a little bit more than left wing, and a lot left out. According to him, hardly any president has ever made a decent decision, and most of them have made terrible decisions to the detriment of the whole world.

Because it is so clearly left wing, I found it hard to believe most of it.
