We might have problems in our court system in the UK.Having watched on the television regarding Oscar Pistorius in South Africa.What a shambles in the courtroom it looks more like a barbeque party or flea market.The poor girl has been killed and it is like she never excisted.I know this is only a hearing for bail it still doesn't feel right to me.

Even odder than that i think. The charges had been dropped or lapsed but were re-instated while the OP case was in court.
