Yes, it makes you wonder what's happening to this country; we continually re-elect thieving MPs, put a paedophile on a pedestal, allow psychopaths to roam freely and think that shorter jail sentences will help make things better.

Well I don't think every commercial organisation is that efficient. I don't think that he's going to be the last, by all accounts there are more to be named by another run through of MP's expenses.

Definitely an overhang from 2007-9. You've got to wonder what he was on, seemed to keep buying laptops. The policy foundation thing looks more like outright fraud though.

His Wiki entry suggests a liking for controversy though he was brave enough to name Reginald Maudling as a crook while latter was still in full fight.

And he's gone quickly and quietly to either Northstead or the Chiltern Hundreds.

Some good by-elections coming up!!
