Daughter's Ipod Touch screen finally failed to respond down one side after a few weeks of flaky operation. As it was password locked and some characters were on that side she couldn't even get it started.
Didn't want to splash out on a new one and immaculate examples like hers fetch £65 on Ebay with no gurante how much life is left in them... and she had lots of stuff on the old one.

You do the order and pay online after selecting the fixed price repair for your fault. Post off the unit with a copy of the order and they usually turn it round the same day and post back special delivery. They are in Kettering so I nipped over and dropped it off Monday 10am. By lunchtime they phoned to say it was ready and did I want to collect or have it posted. Chose post and it arrived in a custom air-padded box 10.30am next day.
A brilliant service for £37 with genuine parts and a 12mth warranty.
