It's an old film and a response to: "Not many people like him left surviving on his own"... I suspect he's no longer around.

Wiki has a lot of info on him
He died of a stroke April 20, 2003 at the age of 86. He left his cabin to the National Park Service, and it remains a popular visitor attraction in the still-remote Twin Lakes region.

I like the wilderness Dutchie, although I was born in London and lived there for 35 years, I'm no townie.
I've got a load of Beech and Ash logs coming this afternoon to go with my 60 bags of Taybrite, I'm thinking of just using logs next year though as I luv the smell of wood burning + all the cracking and sparks.
:-))
