That's either Australia, Nevada, or Arizona. Americans are not too good at geography. :-)

You certainly don't need a Chelsea tractor, where ever it is it is almost flat and a NASA buggy can handle it.

I know a retired Northern Territory policeman, he only ever used a standard issue 2X4 Toyota Ute.
