Eight people, including Rebekah Brooks and Andy Coulson are being charged with conspiring to intercept communications.

As the matter is now sub judice I make no comment.

It has been for a long time.

The so-called sub judice restrictions kick in as soon as 'proceedings are active'.

The start of active proceedings is usually said to be when the police begin an investigation, which in this case was several months ago.

I hope he sells quickly as any conviction will load the crime statistics for the area !

But I agree zookeeper that the Brooks number is quite winsome in a blowsy and leathery sort of way.

Might well have had a few people looking in horrified surprise at their balls on a plate though. Winsomeness and safety don't necessarily go together.
