Incredibly, that is true. I thought they had outlawed that kind of taunting and deemining animal stuff along with chimpanzees' tea parties and lions jumping through flaming hoops. I was appalled a few years ago to see staff at Longleat deliberately provoking a rhinocerous to put on a "wild" display for visiors by charging it with an armoured bulldozer.
