The book is £25 but £17.50 with a well known on line seller! I have raised a query, on an aviation forum as to why there have still been no reports on last year's unfortunate accidents. In particular the second one where the aircraft fitted that Mark of ejection seat were grounded but flying again within days, implying that the cause was known.

There has been an investigation Meldrew and various checks made, it's just not been made public.

No sorry I don't know about that one. There's is some chat about the ejector seat, I think on pprune, but it's pretty dry and of a technical nature about the Hawk and Tornado seats, things like the top latch plunger and the such. Sorry I've haven't got a link.
