Hi C5 lovers.
I`m a new starter and wish to join in on the forum as I`m a proud owner of a 59 C5 Tourer.
My name is Richie and I`m from the Derbyshire area.
I got the car about three months ago and have found it excellent.
Not sure everyone agress but, it definately rivals Audi for it style and is in my opinion more comfortable.
I know it sound a bit mad but I have fallen in love with my motor(not that I`m a freak) and I would like to look after it as long as I can, hence joining the forum.
I`ve not got into the tech end of things yet but hopfully I`ll get some knowledge and support if and when I need it.
Anyway, I hope to be on the forum at least once a week to keep upto date with things.
Regards
Richie.

Welcome Richie.

You're in good company. There are a couple of Citroen fanatics on here.

Yes and we are trying to arrange therapy as we speak ;-)

Yes welcome to the mob, Richie.
I'm not sure the C5 is the best vehicle for Derbyshire, Clive Sinclair really invented it for city streets.....but it'll keep you fit pedalling it :-)
Now, my biking pal had a Citroen C5 Estate, towed a 17 ft caravan . We both thought it was a lovely car, diesel, automatwatic......metallic burgundy with cream leather...nice.
Gone and bought a Plumber's Bentley to replace it....mega-ugh !
Ted.

From his OP, I think he thought this a Citroen forum.
He may have seen C4 and got the wrong idea.
