This is me! - Perky Penguin
A refugee from the site formerly known as the Backroom. New user name but still a rather stroppy old chap who sees things as mostly black or white with no shades of grey! Glad to see variations of Pugugly, Rattle, Steel Spark, Moderator Dave Boxter Boy and many others.

When I were a lad the Penguins in the blue wrappers (rare) always tasted a little bit better that the red ones. Green were intermediate!

No................I haven't been drinkin'

I'm quite partial to a caramel wafer made by Tunnocks in Scotland.

They also make Snowballs and Teacakes.

Edit: There's a couple of daft games on the site as well.

get yer tin hat on....i'm talking about proper wagon wheels as when i were a lad and all that when we 'ad nowt, in the sleeve wrapper unsealed and roughly twice the size of the poor offerings of recent years and twice as tasty.

I'd give me eye teeth for a packet of Royal Scot bikkies too for exquisit dunking pleasure whilst cruising the Queens highway.

can't stand the things, too soft sweet and sickly for me, reminds me of overhyped Belgian and Swiss stuff...my favourite chocolate was Fry's when they were still independent.

Quite partial to a cold bar of Bournville, quite like Dime bars or whatever they're called this week.

Do sherbert dips cause a problem being munched in the CC3 at 70?..;)

...can't stand the things...

The power of advertising.

Yorkie bars will be forever associated with lorry drivers, or they will in the minds of suggestible individuals such as me.

Only problem with scoffing chocolate in the CC3 with the roof down is the empty wrapper can blow away unless you stuff it in your pocket.

An opportunity for pda to do a survey in her new career, perhaps?
